Humanizing Technologies

Humanizing Technologies builds AI avatar assistants for digital self-service. Instructions - Getting Started

- Get in touch: Book a demo or contact the Humanizing team via humanizing.com (or +49 221 715975-75) and describe your building and use case (entrance, info point, clinic ward, retail floor, etc.).
- Connect a Mappedin venue: Humanizing Technologies links your existing Mappedin indoor map to the Plural.io platform. If a Mappedin map hasn't been created, Humanizing Technologies coordinates the setup together with Mappedin.
- Choose and customize an avatar: Select a standard avatar or personalize one with the Avatar Builder (appearance, clothing, branding) and define the languages visitors need.
- Configure destinations and knowledge: Rooms, departments, points of interest, and frequently asked questions are added to the avatar's knowledge base, so it can both answer and navigate.
- Deploy on your hardware: Roll out on kiosks, terminals, or large-format screens, operated via touch, voice, or both.
- Go live and stay up to date: Map changes (new routes, room changes, temporary closures) are maintained via the Mappedin web interface and are reflected in the Wayfinder automatically.
